Human Resources Benefits Adminstration: Horizontal Tabs Design
The original design put the information in a tree which forced users to click repeatedly to find the information they wanted. My initial proposal was to put the information in tabs to flatten the info hierarchy. The selection controls at the top were also greatly simplified, offering only the most commonly used choices.
