Together with other human factors personnel, we developed training in task analysis for business application development teams. This workshop teaches teams how to conduct customer visits to perform task analysis using the Contextual Inquiry method.

Guidelines for Mouse and Menu Operations
Guidelines for Push-buttons in Tables
These are brief guidelines that I developed for teams that were doing windows design
for the first time. We defined the behavior of the mouse for various objects in our
interface.
This guideline specified the placement and order of push-buttons for data tables, which
are similar to spreadsheets.
